Prof. (Dr.) Mwinyikione Mwinyihija made extensive use of SigmaXL during his graduate and Post doctorate degrees, the first a Doctorate in Management, and the second, a Doctorate of Philosophy. Throughout his studies and now into his professional career, his research and results have been published in several peer reviewed papers and books. Prof. (Dr.) Mwinyihija is currently employed at the COMESA-Leather and Leather Products Institute. Throughout his career he has worn many hats, most notably as a Global Panelist, researcher, author, editor, award recipient, and faculty member at an international university.

During his studies Prof. (Dr.) Mwinyihija made frequent use of the following tools and tests found in SigmaXL:

• Descriptive statistics
• One Way ANOVA and Means Matrix
• Kruskal-Wallis (for equal variance)
• Levene test (multiple group comparison to ascertain normality)
• Welch’s ANOVA (when unequal variance was conspicuous)
• Correlation analysis (where use of coefficient of determination to deduce or explain on variation in relation to independent variables was found most ideal)
• Pareto Charts (categorized earnings to depict trends over time – this assisted in illustrating and characterizing particular groups)
