Minimum System Requirements:
- Computer and processor: 1 GHz processor or higher.
- Memory: 4 GB of RAM or greater.
- Hard disk: 1 GB of available hard-disk space.
- Display: 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor.
- Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10** or later operating system.
- Microsoft Excel Version: Excel 2016 or later**, or Excel for Microsoft 365.
- Browser: A working browser is required for SigmaXL Help.
- Connectivity: An internet connection is required for SigmaXL Help and internet activation (offline activation is also available).
Note:
** Extended support for Excel 2016/2019 and Windows 10 ended on October 14th, 2025.
SigmaXL is not compatible with Microsoft Office Online, Office 365 cloud applications, Chromebook, or Google Sheets.
Note: Users must have administrative rights to install SigmaXL.
