If you cannot activate SigmaXL over the Internet, you have the option of manually activating by phone. Enter your product's serial number (if it is not already entered). Choose the "Activate by Phone" radio button. Using the drop-down menu, select the correct location (if more than one has been offered).
Click the "Next" button.

Call the number listed on your screen and provide the necessary information to the SigmaXL customer service representative, who will then provide you with an activation response code.

Enter the activation response code and click the “Next” button.

The activation process will then complete and SigmaXL is ready to use.
