Service Packs

Microsoft issues service packs to distribute updates to correct issues with system reliability, program compatibility, security, and more.

Any service packs issued by Microsoft for your version of Office and Windows must be installed before contacting SigmaXL support. To determine what service packs have been issued for your products, check here.

To confirm that you have the required service packs installed: All Excel versions prior to 2007, go to Excel > Help > About Microsoft Excel. SP and a number will show after the version information.
